Mr. Anders Olsson is via Cassandra Oil AB illegally exploiting restricted and secret confidential knowledge, which he himself acquired from 2007 to 2010 while having business relations with Slovak company Roil Trade s.r.o. In that time, Mr. Anders Olsson held the function of managing director of the company Gulf Star Oil Ltd. residing in Cyprus and with a UK-based company Gulf Star Oil Processing Ltd. (further referred to as GSO Ltd.). Thus he had in compliance with signed licensed contracts a broad access to the confidential knowledge and know-how which shape the intellectual property of the Roil Trade s.r.o..

Mr. Olsson was frequently present at the presentation of our R&D device/unit Blowdec dedicated for the potential customers of GSO Ltd.. During these presentations and tests, the same waste materials and heavy crude oil which are now in the field of interest and supply of Cassandra Oil AB, were processed by our device.

Moreover, Mr. Olsson had visited the production factory more times. There, on the basis of the signed contracts, the technological device with Blowdec 250kW reactor for GSO Ltd. was being produced. During the visits of our Blowdec 45kW R&D unit as well as during the production of Blowdec 250kW device (clik for video), Mr. Olsson has been taking photos (pictures). He was permitted to do so with regard of the contracts and their parts about confidentiality of the intellectual property.

"Invention" of Mr. Anders Olsson

Based on stolen know-how and secret knowledge Mr. Olsson “invented” his own technical solution of the "reactor" for performing patented process of Ivan Madar and  Roil Trade s.r.o.. Mr. Olsson reactor was developed with the goal to differentiate from Ivan Madar  patent, to create an illusion of a new technical solution and thus to legalize the abuse of an extensive amount of the restricted technical information, which Mr. Anders Olsson gained about our new technology Blowdec in years 2007-2010 and which he is now abusing through Cassandra Oil AB, Sweden. Technical solution of the reactor stated in the patent application of Mr. Olsson is nothing more then one of the possible construction variations of the reactor, which is generally described in Ivan Madar and Roil Trade s.r.o. patent claims of the US patent 6.165.349 and others related to technology Blowdec.

More over, the device described in Mr. Anders Olsson Swedish patent and international patent applications comparison with the current state of the technique (novelty chemical Reactor and technology Blowdec) does not bring any advantages - improvements, in contrast, it brings the degradation both in regard of the complexity and cost (price) of the production of the reactor and in regard of the operation but mostly in regard of the maintenance (more time consuming and higher expenses).

The application of the patent includes in its descriptive part as well as in the patent claims theoretic mistakes, which are conflicting with the most basic and fundamental laws of nature in terms of mechanics (kinematics and dynamics) of the solid matters.

Technical solutions of the reactor stated in the patent application of Mr. Olsson are one of the possible construction variations of the reactor, which is generally described in Roil Trade s.r.o. patent claims, the US patent 6.165.349 and others related to technology Blowdec.
